Disable previews for specific file types

Application Wizard lets you disable the preview of specific types of files in the Special menu.

To disable previews for specific file types:

  1. Open the Application Wizard pane in System Preferences and click Menus.

  2. Click the Customize Previews button.

  3. Select the ”Do not preview files with extension” checkbox.

  4. Enter the extensions of the files you do not want to preview. Separate extensions with a space and do not include the leading dot.
